A digital solutions company building an ecosystem of innovative & non-conventional products, services & platforms to help Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) Brands get started, grow & thrive.

We are building ANTRELLA from scratch with a vision to build a long term, sustainable & impactful organization developing solutions that create value for the upcoming DTC brands & their customers.

Direct To Consume (DTC) brands are the consumer brands that eliminate the middleman i.e retailers/wholesalers & directly sell to the customers either through their online store (e-commerce website) or physical stores.

This gives the DTC brands the power to control & deliver better customer experience, price & customer service. The DTC brands category has widespread & ripe in the US & Europe while it has just started to pick up pace in India.

As per Avendus Capital,

By 2025 the DTC brands market in India is estimated to touch $100 Billion.

We believe “ When you help people make money, you end up making money too”

So for ANTRELLA the opportunity is to help the next upcoming million DTC brands to get started, grow & thrive through our innovative & non-conventional digital solutions.

Building An Ecosystem Of Solutions.

A part of ANTRELLA’s vision is to create a whole ecosystem of digital products like SAAS tools, services like branding services & platforms like influencer marketing platforms, focusing only on a single target market i.e the upcoming DTC brands.

ANTRELLA will be acting as a parent brand/ company for all the digital solutions being launched under it & will reflect the values on which ANTRELLA as an organization rests.

So in future ANTRELLA will be launching 3 different types of solutions.

  1. Digital Products
  2. Digital Services
  3. Digital Platforms

Eventually, they will form an ecosystem of different formated solutions for DTC brands.

ANTRELLA as a company rests on 3 pillars. These pillars are our values & beliefs that reflect in every solution that we will be offering under ANTRELLA brand.

The 3 values are:

  1. Innovation- All the solutions must be innovative enough to offer the DTC brands an unfair advantage to grow against the incumbent competitors.
  2. Simplicity- The solutions should be straightforward & simple, clearly defining the problem & the way they solve them. Simplicity must be used in maximizing the value potential that the solutions provide the DTC brands.
  3. Significant Value- The value delivered through the solutions should result in providing the maximum value either by saving the go-to-market time, or processes like distribution, operations, manufacturing, or by maximizing the revenue, decreasing expenses, or by providing a faster way to grow from state A to state B.

ANTRELLA’s Octopus Model

We are building ANTRELLA to create a greater impact & to build one of the most innovative & non-conventional solutions company. It's all about aspiration & dreaming big. If we would have wanted we could have just built a single solution & would have focused on growing that single offering but instead we decided to go big & launch multiple solutions under a single brand.

Thus ANTRELLA follows an “OCTOPUS BUSINESS MODEL”. As an Octopus the ANTRELLA shall act as the head of the octopus & all the other solutions will be sub-brands of ANTRELLA resembling the tentacles of an octopus.

Using the profit of an individual sub-brand we shall launch new solutions. This will allow ANTRELLA to grow slowly & build a sustainable & profitable organization. ANTRELLA believes in maintaining profitability from day one & saying “NO TO EXTERNAL CAPITAL” as we are not here to build a unicorn or billionaires in 8–10 years, we are here to play the long term game & build a resilient organization that focuses on reaping two things i.e Wealth & Value

  1. Wealth for all the stakeholders within ANTRELLA i.e the founders, employees, etc.
  2. Value for our customers through our offerings.

We know the journey will be tough but fun & exciting as well. With all the ongoing buzz around fancy startups (unsustainable in the long term) we are trying to build an organization in the old school style that is built to last for decades.
